Speaking as a nosey person....I'd like to know!...maybe I can pick up a few ideas for meals in the never-ending search for something different for tea.... ;D
Tonight I am post on-call so am not expected to cook a big meal. OH made himself fagots (Brains' fagots in gravy...ew) and chips whilst I had 2 of Tesco's leek and cheese 'sausages' with new potatoes, coleslaw, and home grown beetroot & salad...YUMMY....I was starving...it was my breakfast really ;D

Mrs C is on a cooking mission but it won't last. Into home made bread.
Anyhow, tonight was pork chops, savoy cabbage, tatoes and carrots - all steamed (not the chops of course). Veg was from the garden. Chops cooked with peppers and toms in the oven.
Very,very good.
9/10.

We have a Panasonic breadmaker and I put the ingredients in on the night, put it on time and wake up to the smell of bread wafting through. Does Mrs.C have a breadmaker or does she do it by hand? Thai chicken curry tonight I think. I will try not to make such a mess as I have managed with my ham & tomato sandwich just!

I've been a little devil today, I'm doing Tandoori Chicken for dinner, it's marinading in the fridge in bags atm, I've also chopped (chunkily) 2 onions, 6 cloves of garlic, and 6 mushrooms put them in a roasting dish and coated it all in sunflower oil, they're fermenting too atm, I'll then put the marinaded chicken in with them and roast it all together, I'll serve it with plain boiled rice.
I'll let you know the results
