Lamb casserole - I've put it in the slow cooker this morning - using lamb neck rings (thought I would try them). It won't spoil as hubby is always later on a Wednesday because he is studying.

Well, that all sounds rather tasty...I am having veggie soup again as I just don't fancy OH's aubergine casserole and cauli cheese.......there is absolutely nohing interesting to eat in the fridge, freezer or store cupboard atm.......I am soo blocked up that I can't taste much anyway...poor me......

Kill or cure you mean.........curry is too hot for me! Some curries aren't hot at all. Birianai, korma... Mine had only 1 chilli in it and I scraped all the seeds out. Too late now 4P - we've eaten it all.

O.H. bought me a new roaster from aldi so Im trying it out for the first time (do you think it might be a hint?) I bought two lamb leg fillets tossed in a bag of mixed leeks, onions carrots,swede and some sliced potatoes, rosemary and it smells delicious. we dont eat pudding just a fruit yogurt Muller Vitality, we have one every day and hope for he best!

Louise,Lily and Tolly came for lunch today I made a veggie tomato,pasta and aubergine thingy with a yoghurty cheesy toppping - we all enjoyed it I will just have a sarney for tea

oooh I do like a tomato and aubergine thingy.... OH comes home sometimes and says 'What's for dinner?' and I say 'I don't know what it is...I invented it'...and he usually goes quite pale.....
