A Tulip study This month we'd like to see tulips, you could focus on a single bloom, or shoot a group of them, in your garden, or in a pot. Could you all give your photos a title. ;D This time I will do the gallery and Poll on the same thread. see, I'm getting my act together. There will be a small mystery prize for the winning photo. ;D So get clicking. The comp will close sunday 26th of April at 9pm. looking forward to seeing what you've got.

Thanks all - i really was very surprised that they flowered at all, considering when I planted them, I really was only expecting, if lucky just leaves. - They really do cheer up the garden in what is a real eyesore at the moment. - oh and yes they are dwarf ones from the pound shop too, just goes to show you don't always need to spend loads of money. Em Sorry to hear about your Tulips maybe they are beefing up for next year. - I haven't been a big fan of Grape hyacinth's until this year, but I think the blue is a good contrast with yellow Daff's etc. Hi Bennetts you should take a photo of the Tulips in the front garden for the comp, I think they look great with the Wallflowers.

Ive just planted some tulips in our front garden a few weeks ago, thought while we were away they might suffer they are under leylandi trees but weve cut the branches of the trees high up so they get light only trouble is they dont get much rain so I water them quite regularly. Havent mastered how to post pictures of them yet will have to get OH to help me. I think the above pictures of the tulips are lovely.
