It's really clever but YUK! I went out with someone who was completely covered in them too - he even had his initials tattooed on the inside of his mouth and an anchor on his you-know-what, or so he told me.  I believed him rather than check it out for myself.  |

Dont pearls dissolve though? Youre supposed to keep them away from moisture in the dark, to make them last, like opals! I suppose the in the dark part is covered  |

I've no idea Sweetleaf, but I do know that if you have pearls you should wear them regularly because oils from human skin helps keep them looking good. It sounds as though he went through a lot of aggro to please his girlfriend, especially if it's not going to last forever!!!!! ;D ;D ;D

I have some freshwater pearls that I wear sometimes. Apparently you should wear them once a week at night if you don't wear them regularly, but not in the shower of course!
