I rang the guy in charge of our parish Allotments again yesterday to see how things were going.
He said that I was 11th on the list and that he would be starting viewings shortly, he said he had some plots that needed work and that i may like to wait for a better one, he said i stood a good chance of getting one.
Last night at 9.35 i got a phone call and im going for a viewing on Saturday morning at 8.30.
So wish me Luck.

Thanks for your support hopfully i will find out on Saturday, im not quite sure how all this works. but im sure i will find out.

When I went to mine, it was a foregone conclusion, I even got to choose from 6 plots , I think its down to you if you get a viewing Karen, all they want is your choice and your money, youve cracked it girl, have confidence ;D

IVE GOT IT Ive paid my joining fee and rent, its the best plot that i looked at its overgrown and will need some work. Ive got to let the previous Tennant clear his rubbish but its mine. Ive gained some Rhubarb Gooseberry's Red Currants Black Currants, the guy who's plot it was doesn't want them, BONUS ;D. I'm going on Monday to make a start so i will take some photos, weather permitting. Thanks for all your support. Karen ;  |

Oh that's great news Karen - how exciting! Really looking forward to seeing the plot and how you're getting on with it. Posting pictures is a really good way of getting motivated!
