No its not oxi whatsit The witch that looks like a miniture shamrock doesnt it? mine has a tiny round leaf I think it is MYOB and it does pull up very easy as if the roots are on the surface all matted together .When we first moved in I pulled up quiet a large area and underneath there was a white brick of something like lard I binned it but I thought the previous owner had put it there to feed this little plant but I was afraid my little dog would lick it ,does anyone know what it could have been?

I can't imagine what that could have been Maggyd! Ooer, how strange - if you find out please tell us. I seem to be alone in liking Oxalis corniculata. I really love its little leaf shape and colour. I don't mind where it goes in my garden really. There's a query in this month's GW about MYOB if anyone's interested - the same problem as you have with it, Maggyd.
