Thats good The witch we can compare! Mine have been in the dark for nearly three weeks now, They are shooting a little bit of green now, but no roots yet. I meant to tell you I'd saw some similar in woollies last week. I'm going to get a nice cactus, in a glass vase I saw in there for my neighbour.

I've got mine, under the Guinea pig hutch, I hope its dark enough! The shed roof has fell in, and a tin of white gloss has fallen over and there a big white puddle between the shed and green house, don't know what to do about in. I covered it with loads of newspaper as its one of the cats main routes to the rear access at the back of our garden.

I may give it ago, its just with these temps it isn't drying, and now I've added sodden, glossy newspaper to the equation, it could be a really messy job!, I may cover it with a plank and scraped the whole lot up come spring?

A spongy mess waiting to go onto the compost The witch Maybe not such a bargain after all, at least the money went to a charity though. ;D My Hyacinth weren't so good either, bit wonky and only 2 out of the 3 flowered. My crocuses in a bucket have sprouted, but not a single flower? Never mind, its a steep learning curve I'm on! What about yours?

The little vases will be handy for rooting cuttings though. Mine haven't done much really, no roots to be seen but the growing tips are about an inch long. The same with mine.
