I think you were right after all sleepy : The pic's on The witch's link look more like it and it does say the leaves do turn Yellow. Not sure I've room for another tree ATM, it'll have to go in my fantasy garden!

Just to let you know we, got our 'toffee apple' tree for christmas and its now safely installed in the back garden. ;D

I will Maggie, I'll have to get one of it tomorrow, it looks a little forlorn, without any leaves, and you Can watch it grow with me. I think my dad and his OH thought we were mad, asking for a tree (as a joint present, as the globe variety was a bit pricey) but its something we'll both really enjoy. Sean had an ornamental Plumb tree for his 40th. In years to come the plum leaves and now the orangey leaves of this tree will really add to the garden.

I'm looking forward to seeing some photo's of it later in the year. Its about 5 ft ATM, just looks like an array of twigs, being a globe variety, it'll be more shrub than tree.

No toffee smell this year, and not a single leaf left on it already Still it looks heathy maybe next year.....
