Has anyone out there ever sent away for the daily mail garden offers? There is quite a nice rose in todays paper and it free with £2.75 postage. I know its cheap but I don't want to pay £2.75 for a dry twig! I did have some bulbs of them a few years ago and they were okish.

I've bought plants in the past that were on offer in the news papers, not from the Daily Mail though, and the plants were just fine. I think most of the papers use suppliers near Manchester and one down south somewhere, I don't really think they have green houses and garden plots tended by the editor during his/her coffee breaks. ;D
