Hi all sorry i havent posted for a while but im intending to upgrade my pond and the fishes will go on in a swimming pool on the lawn, my worry is how long can it stay there for without killing the grass off

How long will it be on the lawn for Mark? Grass can be very forgiving thankfully.  |

Sounds like you don't have much choice Mark - where needs must and all that - I expect it will look dreadful when you move the pool but I reckon it should recover before the winter. Please start a thread about upgrading your pond we would all be very interested in seeing it progress  |

3-4 weeks, hopefully less The witch I agree with The witch, needs must and all that. The grass will yellow in that time, but will easily recover - don't worry about it. |
