Oxburgh Hall is just down the road from me and practically next door to the leek shed. It's absolutely beautiful. The Head Gardener was one of the panel at the village GQTime I went to recently. A very knowledgeable and helpful man I thought. I think he knows nearly everything there is to know about growing plants and vegetables. He's been at O Hall for over 30 years I think. He was very interesting about the constraints of growing only Elizabethan type flowers and veggies too. Anybody likely to visit give me a shout and you can pop in for tea and cake!
