April is here and for Easter, we will be running a Cut Flower Arrangement competition This could take the form of a traditional table arrangement and then be the centrepiece for your Easter family meal, flowers on your Simnel cake (with a twist - a gardening theme!) or flowers on an Easter bonnet, the choice is yours. You can post your photographs until 9.00pm on Easter Monday, 13th April with voting until 8.00pm on Thursday 16th April.

Here is my entry, I wanted to submit it yesterday but had camera trouble. The reason I did the display so early was I had some cut (by the chickens) hyacinths, but they wilted while I was sorting the camera out any way here goes.

I've already got mine in my head just need to pop out to the woods and gather a few bits and pieces and will use most of the flowers from my garden - not that I have a lot out right now What an exciting comp this is

I dont know if I have anything I can use as an oasis I havent had time to look! I might just pass this on up. the competition is hotting up.

I know em but Im not going out untill to-morrow as Im looking after one sick little dog! and I need all my shopping to-morrow as I havent anything in being away and having to go to the Vets yesterday afternoon. excuses excuses excuses Ill see to-morrow.

Maggs--Those leaves are my Camelia Leaves--and the daffodil has been eaten by something!! I know how you felt 'picking' those lovely flowers--Well Done Maggs--
