Just thought I would start a new thread on what Gardening Jobs I have done this week. Sometimes I forget so this thread might remind me and others of what jobs there are to do at this time of year-
Others will also have other Jobs that they would like to Add to this List!
I found a couple of pkts of miniature Daffodils and Miniature Iris which were tucked away in the 'shed' so I have planted them out.
I gave the Roses a last spray of Rose Clear (after removing the infected leaves from the Plant and soil)and pruning the dead stems.
I cleared up quite a few leaves which had blown into the garden.
I removed the Sweetpeas and Forked over the soil and tidied up in general.
The last of the old compost in my containers were spread round the garden.
Managed to put up a couple of Nest Boxes--hoping the birds will visit come the Spring--
Made sure I had planted up all the Bulbs I had bought and forgotten about.
I haven't a Compost heap/bin (lack of space) so sprinkled Chicken Pellets round the plants (thinly) and hand-forked them into the soil.

I must shove them in pots this weekend, by hook or by crook! And I still have a lot of digging to do but I think the weather is against me now...... And I MUST clear out the polytunnel and get it tidied up for the winter....somehow!
