Did anyone see this fantastic programme on BBC2 a few minutes ago? It was amazing. It showed life on the Tibetan plateau, 1000's of feet up, and the wildlife that live there. Some of the flowers were spectacular in this remote place! I wonder if Keith saw it, there were all kinds of birds living/visiting there. And the people that live anywhere near are very religious Buddhists and live along with the wildlife instead of the usual sad story. After the programme had ended I felt well and truly chilled - wonderful!

Thanks for letting me know, sounds right up my street.

Hope you do see it - it's a joy to watch from beginning to end. Also, the programme on before it was excellent too, about Nansen the explorer, but I digress....
