I sill get 2 eggs most days! Sometimes 1 occasionally 3. I love my ex-bats. Enough for us but I gaven't given any away for ages.

Chickety Mushroom (DiL's ex-battery hen) is still producing a huge egg every day. Will your DIL be increasing her flock Cheery Has she noticed and change in the eggs? Mine still come out with pale shells, the eggs look and taste better tho. |

She and my lad are staying at her Mum's house in the country whilst she and FiL are on holiday. They're looking after the house and all her chooks and her adopted brothers (both boys are disabled, little smashers). ;D |
