I stayed at home in the end and hubby went - It was one of those where I thought as I didn't know anyone he would be worrying whether I was enjoying it and would rather he enjoyed it. So I am here with Poppy who is now eating my porridge!
Not doing anything special but am hoping to get my pots sorted today. Now she is sat in front of the screen!

Thank you all for your wishes, I had a quiet day which was nice. My brother rang me from Australia and when I answered the phone his first words were 'OH, I thought you were away'  Happy birthday to Jennifer today, Keith - it's my other brother's wedding anniversary today - 39 years eek! I can remember having the day off school to go to his wedding - they were married on the Monday! Oh, and from my friend I had some jams she brought back from France all packed in a lovely jute bag - and the one was myrtle (she didn't know I posted on here either!) |
