I do LOVE liver and bacon and that recipe sounds a treat! The trick is not to overcook the liver, I like it still a little pink in the middle.

- sorry about the spelling in the last post! Anyway, cooked this on Saturday, it was delicious! There was an awful lot for the two of us though, will adjust the quantities next time!
