That is SO cute! does Marcie scratch Rani when they're playing?...some kittens can be really fierce!
...and how did the relationship come about?

Marcie jumps on Rani, bites her on the dog lips or her paws... licks her face. Rani just puts up with it. If she's had enough Rani lays her head on top of Marcie to give her a ~time-out~. LOL!
A lady found the kitten several weeks ago. They think the Mama cat was dead because there were two or three other kittens that had died. Marcie was the only one alive so they brought her to me to bottle raise. Marcie's eyes were not even open when I got her. The dogs took to her much faster than the cats but Rani seems just fascinated with this tiny thing that climbs all over her. ;D

How sweet! A match made in heaven  We got a kitten when our dog was about 13, it gave him a whole new lease of life, mind you Rani's still a pup herself isn't she, its nice she's got a playmate. |
