All I know is that it is a member of the aloe family. Anyone any ideas as to cultivation etc?

If it's the same as a Bergerocactus there's a bit in my RHS Encyclopadia about it, if that's any good.

Nothing to do with Aloes OB, Bergeranthus is a member of the Mesembryanthemacae.
It's a relative of Lithops - the living stones. Has yellow flowers. Standard treatment - all the sun you can get, don't overwater, in fact only water when the leaves feel rubbery. Even a little water in winter.

Ta, My info says it is a member of the Alizoaceae and I have seen it on the show bench as a Mesembryanthemum.

It's Aizoaceae OB.
Aloes used to be Aloaceae then Liliaceae and now Asphodelaceae.
