Lucky you Was it a gift, or did you have to shop for it? Who is it by? I saw it on a specialist website. It's by a guy called Rudy Lime who used to grow "ordinary bonsai" but then developed techniques for succulents which lend themselves very easily to this. These are mainly "caudiciform" plants - like the Adenium which you now have. There are a couple of other specialists in the USA who grow them and pictures of their plants are in their as well.

It sounds good, was it very expensive?

Isn't it a great feeling when you get a really good book? Hubby went to WH Smith on Saturday sooo excited with the anticipation of spending £80 of vouchers he'd accumulated over a year or so. He picked his books and went to pay for them - two of the vouchers had expired! I didn't realize those kind of vouchers expired and he was gutted. But he got the books anyway - who would see him put them back?
