My Mom is going to have a veg patch in her garden this year and wants to try growing Soya Beans. I've bought some seeds from ebay and we are going to split them. They come with some basic instructions, just wondering if anyone else has tried them and how they got on, any tips?

Although high in protein they are pretty tasteless. Only suitable for processing.

I've never grown them but I think they are very versatile in cooking as they don't have much of a flavour like Sleepy says, so you can do what you like with them for the protein content.
