They are amazing Cheery, truly amazing - I particularly like the Japanese lady, I would love to make one for SiL brothers wife, she is Japanese. ;D Thanks for posting the photo's btw. The Japanese ones are REALLY fiddly...painted the peg white first and made the wig out of black fymo. The clothes are just ribbons and material....with teeny-tiny stitching.....

Stunning Cheery! You are very skilful with the needle I see. ;D I reckon you could sell them on ebay, very definitely, but it might take the fun out of making them.

I hope Cheery doesn't mind if I add our dollypeg fairies to her thread. They, of course, don't compare to her beautifully made little delights as ours are made up of scraps and bits found in a trawl through the toy/craft cupboard ;D. We made these last night, not works of art obviously but I think they're sweet Can you tell which ones are mine and which ones smallest's?? ;D

That's reminded me of that bit in 'The Office' when David Brent is discussing with someone the difference between a midget and a dwarf. When all has been explained, David's No 2 chirps up... "So what's an Elf then?"

I wasn't under the impression it was that quiet around here

And THAT reminds me of the time when I saw a little man with his head between his legs. I said "Are you a Goblin?" He replied, "No, I'm tying up my shoe-laces!"
