What in, evening dress? ;D
Yet to find any morels! Oakleaf wine we've tried (not made but bought) - there are two, a sping/early summer one and an autumn one. Very differernt tastes - one dry, one sweet. I prefer the sweet one.
Last year we went gathering on the sea shore and our meal was what we had gathered - cockles, mussels, seaweed (which I cooked with some noodles I had taken with us). Nice meal - if you like fish!

Great book Sleepy, thanks. Will let you know which recipes we try - hubby wants crab soup to start with!
I would query his suggestion to eat honeysuckle berries though (although he says small amounts). I was told, certainly on the common one, that they are poisonous. You can use the flowers for tea. They are used in Chinese medicine but that is totally different. I personally would stay away from the whole family!
