You can set your avatar - the image that represents you on the messageboard - to whatever you like as long as it is no greater than 150 pixels x 150 pixels. You avatar is a representation of you which is unique to you on the messageboard.
You can set your avatar in your profile settings.
To help you we have collected a few good images that as long as nobody else is using you can link to. Just right-click on the image, select 'properties, then copy and paste the address (url) into your profile under Avatar URL.
Leave the avatar height and width settings unaltered.
