We have now used all the squashes up - they didn't keep as well this year - probably down to the weather  I love Butternut just roasted with other root veg - carrots,parsnips etc. then chucked into some pasta  Roasted squash soup is also yummy |

I love squashes too Elsie...can you recommend one that I can grow in a tub? I don't have a lot of space....  and they seem to be rather large plants. |

Hello CPB - the squashes we grow are all trailers and we let them do their own thing on the allotments. Thompson and Morgan offer a butternut squash call Harrier f1 which is bushy but it doesn't say how big the bush will be seeds.thompson-morgan.com/uk/en/product/76/1 |
