It's great to be back on my allotments and it is definitely improving my health, thanks to all of you who have sent messages of support to me during the last few weeks they have been a great source of encouragement to me, I have posted my progress of the past week for you to enjoy, thanks Steve. www.myallotments.com

Looking good thanks for all the tips you give i find them very usefull. Ive got a long way to go before my plot looks as good as yours.

Lovely. A weed free vegetable garden is just a dream for me but I do like looking at yours! It actually rained last night here so this means my spuds have re emerged from their trenches. They really are growing like mad things.. Very glad you're feeling so much better.
