Ah ok, looking at that, that looks as if the pipe is to carry water etc through the trench, are you ducting a 'stream'? If so does the wall sit on a foundation and if so is there some sort of erosion protection around the entrance to the pipe? If you are ducting a 'stream' you will need a debris guard at the up stream end and make sure you have easy access to it to clear it. ;D
