It gets watered with rainwater. Yesterday I 'left' it in the wheelbarrow over the day. Note the wheelbarrow had quite a bit of rainwater in it!!

The cultural instructions advised rain water, but if tap water is the only alternative then it will have to do. Yours do ok on it anyway, dont they? Perhaps its the hardness of the water that counts...my water is soft, straight from the Elan valley. I tease my friends that if a high percentage of our bodies is water, then we are mostly Welsh!

All them drugs.
I was looking at mine last night - one has flowered well and the others have masses of leaves but no flowers so far.
Anneke is lovely and Treasure has a lot of flowers for a small plant.

Not unless I'm appearing in some dreadful comedy nightmare.......are you peculiar then, Sleepy?? I have a black floor length home made PVC pinnie which I use all winter to keep the leek muck off me....I look like a cross between a munchkin and a troll...it stinks of leeks and has bits of tape over all the splits and is held up with orange baler twine.....is that any good?
White cotton socks should be illegal (from a laundry/school point of view, you understand) and are nasty things. Give me a good pair of black woolly ones anyday.....
Whips are something to do with tree propagation aren't they?
