Yesterday I bought some salt marsh lamb. Any suggestions on how to cook it. I don't know if I should cook it as it is or add some garlic & rosemary. Has anybody tried it.

I've never eaten it, but since it's famous for its unique flavour I would cook it as simply as possible. Do let us know what it was like...you lucky thing MJ  |

It is meant to be delicious - I've never tried it but please let us know what it was like! Making my mouth water..........
