A healthy salad eh? but whatz for pud Last night I cooked chikin in the slo cooker, with mash, cauli and carrots and I had a peach crumbers and my guest had a rhubarb crumbers; she took the best one in my opinion AND I made a COFFEE cake with Cherry Brandy, Coffee and almonds A friend called by later so it was nice to be able to offer them a slice of HOME MADE cake - recipe is on this Thread

Sounds yummy, Im not allowed Rhubarb, its on the banned list, according to the dietician. So of course I crave it! That is always the way! Is it temporarily or permanently banned? Apparently its going to help my kidneys create more stones. I also cant have spinach, grapes, marmalade.... Chocolate, coffee : the list is quite extensive, sadly

Oh poor Sweetie - BUT - Spinach - you is lucky is banned - yuk I had veggie pasta bake with cheddar topping and RHUBARB crumbers - must change MY diet soon I think I have Rhubarb nearly every day and not supposed to be all that good in excessive doses - GF says caused gout - so far my leggies are ok

Last night I had a yummy tea - I made some Spanish Bean Soup - which I had for lunch - see Recipe on the Food Thread I poured some of it onto pasta and cauli and topped with cheese and baked in the oven It was only lacking beetroot which I didnt have in Guess what I had for Pud 2nite -

As I've just mentioned on the aspargaus htread, last night's left over rack of ribs from Costco (we ate the others in the car, in the car park there last night - I really know how to enjoy myself!)
