I've been craving after Onions lately. For dinner tonight I have got in the oven some chicken thighs which I have smothered in 2 small onions and 2 garlic cloves (both fresh from the Lottie yesterday ) mixed with a bit of veggie oil and are roasting in the oven right now. I'm gonna have these with some Hash Browns (another Craving). I'll let you know if it turns out any good, as I have just thrown it all together. No recipe.

Sounds delish Debi, and it so often works out that the thrown together meals are the tastiest. I wish I had an excuse to eat loads of hash browns, they're deadly aren't they! ;D

It was very nice.
Although the onions were quite mild and I prob could've done with another clove of garlic, but I suppose on the bright side, it's not repeating on me!!

I went off tomato soup,(and beans/ spaghetti in tomato sauce) cant stand the stuff still, but I like tomatoes I yearned for crunchy stuff, salad in particular. My SIL craved RAW sausages and loved the smell of earthy potatoes so much she peeled 56lb of them one day and had to go round the neighbours selling them before her OH came home.

I went off tea too, but used to get through several icepoles a day and large bowls of Frosties with freezing cold milk. In fact, ANYTHING and everything! I took full advantage of my condition, all 3 times. ;D I did get through a few too many Double Deckers and I'm not bothered nowadays whether I ever see one again. :

With Holly it was liquorice, My MIL brought me back some of the salty kind from Germany and I loved it. With Louis it was blomonge or anything milky. I went of jammy dodgers but that was because I pigged out and ate a whole packet and they gave me chronic heart burn.

Yes I do have Pickled Onions by the thousand!!! Has to be the silverskin ones though. I'm more into caramalised onions though. I'll eat them like that on a sandwich I went off Tea to begin with but I'm back on it now. I can't stand coffee at any time, but a slightest whiff makes me queesy atm! My craving with Hannah was Jacob's Cream Crackers spread thickly (I MEAN thickly!!) with wholegrain mustard.

Whenever my daughter hit the pickled gherkins we knew she was in the club.
My SIL went wild for cooking apples apparently. Yuk....

Just had dinner, I made some Chicken Tikka with some boiled rice, then I made a side dish of fried mushrooms and onions which I also put some crushed garlic in and a teeny bit of sugar to help caramelise it and it was heaven! I cooked them slowly so they didn't scorch. It was lovely and I'll definately be doing it again!
3 onions sliced into rings 6 button mushrooms quartered 3 large cloves of garlic crushed 1/2 tsp sugar.

With Jennifer, it was chocolate hobnobs and vimto, that she craved. Isn't it supposed to be your body telling you it needs a certain food, that you are lacking, or is that an old wife's tale?

It was chocolate hobnobs with me too - and nut cluster marsh mallows - and Tunnocks Tea Cakes. Still is in fact.

With my first I craved prawns. The chap I sat next to at work said in his very dry way "You'll give birth to a bl**dy prawn". I didn't have any cravings with my other two ;D
