Does anyone know what this little fella is?

In case you cant see, it is head down to the left with a greeny-greyish chest and only 1 eye is visible. I would say it was wren size or smaller, probably smaller, and an not a fledgling. The beak was sharp and I think it was taking insects off the tree, I think that the tree is a yew.

I can't see it very well in your photo Sean, but if you say it is smaller than a Wren then I would suggest it is a Firecrest
