Someone asked for a picture of Bo fairly recently. Here he is. Taken this evening after he's had his tea:

He looks happy having a cat nap ;D He spends most of his life asleep. Merlin on the otherhand is a hunter. I had a mouse waiting for me in the hall this evening (again) courtesy of Merlin. Well, most of a mouse. Head, bum, tail, and still joined in the middle with some flesh!

He's lovely. Does he moult everywhere and all the time? I have a Tortoiseshell/white cat and I can't even stroke her without getting covered.. Every home should have a cat, or three.

Well technically his name should be spelt Bow - He is one of two cats, the other being Rain - RainBow.
But I think of the spellings as Raine and Bo

I haven't seen this picture before sleepy, - What a fab lazybones cat he is. As i'm typing my 2 babies have just climbed on my lap purring their little heads off. It's great having cats again.

Bo has a hard life. He was hit by a car when he was a kitten and that has resulted in a ham-strung back leg. Add to that a demititis condition on the pad of his front paw which cannot be treated, and a serious heart murmour, and recently something bit him and his whole front leg swelled up and he was on anti-biotics for a week.
Merlin on the otherhand sails through life merrily slaughtering anything furry or hairy within half a mile.

He's gorgeous! And a deadringer for our Snowy, in colour, markings , size and shape! In fact, when I first saw the pic I thought it WAS Snowy. I'll post a photo soon so you can see what I mean. Sorry he doesn't have the best of times healthwise. Snowy has a lot of tartar which makes his gums flare up and has to be descaled when the bank balance allows it. Our other cat Dodgy, like your other cat, always seems to bounce back easily from any infection etc touchwood.

Funny, I wondered where Snowy went when he goes AWOL too. He must fool us into thinking he's not going to move that day and then when we turn our backs he's off like a shot, another plate of food waiting for him at the other end.

Snowy has a lot of tartar which makes his gums flare up and has to be descaled when the bank balance allows it. Touch wood my cats have never been troubled with teeth problems - the vet says it's because they're fed dry food rather than wet.

Same here. My cats do get wet food, but plenty of dry too - I aim for a 50/50 mix side by side. Never have tooth problems - touch wood.

On the contrary Keith, I agree. The problem being, with so many collars in so many colours and for so many purposes, what does a cat do?
