Tried this on Sunday. Really delicious.
Lightly toast a tablespoonful of coriander seeds then crush and add to your roast veg. whilst they cook.
You can stir in some fresh coriander at the end too.

I dont really like corriander, but if its in a curry etc, i'd eat it rather that go without!

Sounds yummy Mick The smell of fresh coriander always reminds me of Milton sterilizing fluid, and tastes just how I would image Milton to taste too. : Milton? I know it's a long time since I used Milton but I don't get that sense. Always seems orangey to me.

We grew a big area of coriander at work for a couple of seasons and the smell when we picked it to pack was pretty awful after a while.....I'm afraid it's put me off. We grew Basil too and even that got a bit overpowering after an hour or so....but I still love it

Coriander seeds are definitely orangey and if you cook with fresh coriander the taste is completely diferent to the smell.
