... now what do I do with them? Suggestions please .... Cut them in half to make two sandwich halves. Butter them. Spread a little pesto. Sprinkle with diced olives, panachetta, grated cheese, raw onion. Melt to fuse under the grill. Serve with milky coffee. I thought I explained all this the other day? ;D

Spread liberally with cottage cheese. Dress with slices of kiwi fruit Very healthy, and very pretty

Fold on top a nice large slice of good moist smoked ham. Top it with a slice of edam cheese and gently grill to just wilt the cheese onto the ham. MMmmmmmm

I used small ciabata rolls - but paninis will do just as well. In fact I believe a panini is really the name of a sandwich made with ciabata bread rolls really.

Fill with cold cooked chicken, crispy bacon and salad - num num!!!
Or mozzarella, tomato and basil!

chargrilled chicken, mozzerella and pesto, never made it myself, but its what I like if I go to a posh coffee shop.
