450g firm strawberries 225g raspberries 60g icing sugar 3 or 4 macaroon biscuits, crushed
double cream strawberry liquor icing sugar
Hull strawberries and wipe clean with kitchen towel.
Press raspberries through a nylon sieve mix raspberry pulp with the icing sugar until smooth
Put the strawberries in a bowl
Mix the raspberry puree into the strawberries, pop into the fridge until needed.
Whip the cream together with the strawberry liquor and icing sugar (to personal taste)
Arrange the strawberries in serving dishes, pouring over the puree, add a dollop of the cream and sprinkle with the crushed macaroons...
