OOOO.........! What a scrummy picture The witch - you tease! The last time I ate scone, jam and cream was over 2 years ago sitting in the sunshine on my own in a beautiful Welsh garden (Glas...something - can't quite recall) with sparrows sitting on the edge of table being fed crumbs. It was lovely. Beautiful pond, beautiful peaceful garden and solitude - a rare treat!

I like raisins in my scones, and put the jam on first, then the cream!

Cream then jam is Cornish and jam then cream is Devon or is it the other way round? I put the cream on first like you would do with butter, and find that the jam goes onto the cream easier than the other way round. ;D
