Split from: Dunham+MasseyWonderful P.  You forgot to post photos of the scones and cream - clotted I hope ;D  I prefer plain scones and to put clotted cream onto my scone first then strawberry jam  How do you eat yours?

OOOO.........! What a scrummy picture The witch - you tease! The last time I ate scone, jam and cream was over 2 years ago sitting in the sunshine on my own in a beautiful Welsh garden (Glas...something - can't quite recall) with sparrows sitting on the edge of table being fed crumbs. It was lovely. Beautiful pond, beautiful peaceful garden and solitude - a rare treat!

Cream then jam is Cornish and jam then cream is Devon or is it the other way round?   I put the cream on first like you would do with butter, and find that the jam goes onto the cream easier than the other way round. ;D |
