75 g soft marg 110g caster sugar 1 large egg 225g plain flour 2 tsp baking powder 4 medium banana's peeled and mashed 50g chopped walnuts rind of one orange
180'c. 9cm x 19cm loaf tin, greased and lined Put all ingredients into a bowl, beat with an electric whisk. Bake for 1 hour. Cool and serve with a thin spread of marg or butter. Yum yum.

I have a fruit and veg recipe book. I have made a date, apple and walnut cake, also delia recipe, yummmyyyyyy. Delia has a website where you can access recipes from.

Ive got very lazy since my 4 kids have flown the nest N it hardly seems worth it when they are just the 2 of us! I used to have a baking day but it soon went with 3x 6'boys in the house they all had hollow legs.

There is only 2 of us, I can eat cake no problem. If I cant eat it all in time I take some to work and it soon goes!
