OK you foodies, a challenge. I have an aubergine, a Savoy cabbage, various sorts of pasta, mushrooms, garlic, onions, leek, tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and a variety of your average store cupboard stuff. PLEEEEEASE can someone suggest something scintillatiing? I'm SICK of making cheese sauce etc...........

You could make bubble and squeak with melted cheese on top, served with grilled tomatoes covered in a garlic, mushroom and tomato sauce thing (kind of ratatoui) Served with a beer

Made it, Sleepy and added some cheddar cubes rolled in herbs at the end, served with garlic bread. It was yummy. OH ate it which means he liked it too - not a man with many social graces, especially when he's knackered! Thanks. This is quite handy, I may have another challenge for you tomorrow........
