I have well I had to make sure it was ok! It is one that you can drink within a couple of days, perhaps better if you leave it a couple of weeks though! It's more like a ginger beer and very nice.

The start of the Beech Leaf Noyau - we gathered the leaves this morning and now they will steep in the gin for 3 weeks!

Are you going to make some this year? I used a lot of gin this year! The recycling men with think I am an old mother gin guts It is our favourite so we have made plenty to last!

Five full bottles of Beech Leaf Noyau and a drop in the other one - no it wasn't full to start with. I didn't spill a drop but did have a little taste. It is still a little bit harsh but hopefully will improve. After gathering the leaves and steeping them in gin (first pic) for 3 weeks, I have strained them off, boiled some water & sugar and added a good glasss of brandy! Bottled and labelled and ready to go in the cupboard!
